Challenge of the month

Every month, WAPHF is pleased to invite you to join a challenge, different each month, which will allow us to regularly practice certain techniques that will help us improve our daily lives.

 

 

The challenge is 21 days with practices that last between 10 and 15 minutes per day.

It is Free and Open to all.
